Students are allowed to enter the Library only on production of their authorized college ID cards.

No personal belongings (bags, personal textbooks) are allowed inside the library. Keep them at the property counter at your own risk.

Users must record biometrics at entry and exit. This will be considered for library attendance.

Strict silence must be maintained. Group study or discussion is not allowed. The library premises are under CCTV surveillance.

Using mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the library.

Two books will be issued to students for two weeks. Renewal is allowed only once (if the book is not in demand).

Users must return books on or before the due date. A fine of Rs. 5/- per day per book will be charged for overdue books.

Books must be handled with care. Marking, folding, or tearing pages may result in disciplinary action.

Borrowed books are non-transferable. The borrower remains responsible for the book until it is returned.

Reference books, journals, magazines, and dissertations cannot be taken outside the library.

The librarian may recall any issued book at any time, and it should be returned immediately.

Users must follow all library rules. Misbehavior with staff will result in strict disciplinary action.

If a user loses a borrowed book, they must either replace it with a new edition plus any overdue fine or pay twice the cost of the book.
