PRISM – Interior Design & Decoration Club
Prism is an Interior Design & Decoration Club dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation in interior design and decoration. The club provides a collaborative space for students to explore aesthetics, functionality, and sustainable design practices. It serves as a platform to explore, learn, and apply design principles by transforming ideas into artistic and functional spaces through real-world and practical experiences. The club encourages collaboration, innovation, and sustainability in interior aesthetics.
Policy

Roles and Responsibilities
A. Executive Committee
- President: Provides leadership, oversees activities, represents the club externally, and develops activity themes.
- Vice-President: Assists the President, coordinates events, liaises with faculty advisors, and manages logistics.
- Treasurer: Manages funds, maintains financial transparency, and coordinates fundraising and sponsorships.
- Secretary: Maintains records, meeting minutes, reports, and supports field visits and practical tasks.
- Events Coordinator: Plans, organizes, promotes, and manages workshops, events, and guest lectures.
B. General Members
- Attend meetings and club events regularly.
- Participate actively in discussions and activities.
- Support the club’s objectives and code of conduct.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
C. Faculty Advisor
- Provides academic guidance and mentorship.
- Reviews club activities and financial matters.
- Ensures compliance with university regulations.
Disciplinary Procedures
Any violation of the club’s code of conduct will be reviewed by the Executive Committee. Appropriate action will be initiated based on the nature and severity of the violation.
